Notes
Our original girlie, Cassie was purchased from Petco when she was around 7 weeks old. She had a wonderful temperament and was our boss from the day we got her until the day she went to the Bridge. She had the run of the place often, checking back with us to be sure she wasn't missing anything. In the pictures below, Cassie is stealing paper for her cage. As soon as she would bring it in and put it in the igloo, Haley would take it and bring it up to the bed on the second level. Cassie was very special to our family, and it was especially hard losing her to the tumor. She was put to sleep since she was already not herself and having a hard time getting around; she didn't fight at all. It was time. Goodbye, my sweet little pain in the butt. We miss you and will always remember you. See you at the Bridge.
